The expected style for a cmake macro/function's keyword and value is for the keyword and value to be on one line or the value on the second line and indented. So they changes are better.
However, I in general I am not a fan of constantly updating these tools and creating extra style churn in the code as it's not productive, creates a noisy history and can create conflicts with maintenance.
