Support for binding to existing quests

Remove support for Bindings\ folder and files (#21)

* Failing tests because we no longer support files

* Fix specs, remove all non-DocString examples

* Rename test scripts and update tests

* Quests starts can result in double OnInit()

* More example scripts (and passing tests)

* Remove remaining code related to Binding/ files

Don't track .pex (for git history w/ contributors)
