About

QA lead and Scrum Master with 12+ years across mission-critical systems — power infrastructure, automotive, and asset management. I've managed distributed teams across multiple countries, driven ASPICE compliance, and scaled test automation across organizations.

Currently I coach QA engineers, define quality procedures across projects, lead test automation strategy, and support software delivery as Scrum Master.
