Dialer AutoComplete: Bootstrap the onUpgrade for the SettingsProvider

to automagically create this setting and enable it by default.

Prefer artist over album artist.

E.g. when playing a compilation title, one very likely wants to see the real
artist instead of 'Various artists'.

This reverts commit 33e6e0e.

LockscreenTargets : Dismiss on target select

Dismiss the lockscreen on target select, rather than when the application
is fully loaded. This gets rid of th perceived lag that a lot of users experience.
This is how we had it in previous versions of cm as well.
