Updating assignment code as per requirements.

Bash scripting, pathing, git commands, GitHub interface.

Could have used different commands, but these were straight forward and clear.
Were there any challenges? If so, what issue(s) did you face? How did you overcome it?
Typos in my own coding, but local testing and best practices fixed things quickly.
How were these changes tested?
Repeated runs locally with manual review of the outputs. Adding test cases was out of the scope of the assignment.
