GitHub - TheDataDiver/Protein_Conservation_Analysis: Protein Conservation analysis, by selecting a family of protein sequences from a user-defined subset of the taxonomic tree, which would subsequently be processed, and used to plot and determine the level of protein sequence conservation, across species within the user-defined taxonomic group. Following which, these plotted sequences are then scanned with motifs from the PROSITE database, to identify if any known motifs (domains) are associated with these sequences.
