@Fyb3roptik Are you considering this change to add jellyfin-ffmpeg7 into the docker build?

I switched to your branch, and once I switched to Jellyfin-ffmpeg my plex is so much smoother and no repeats or drops.

something to note that jellyfin ffmpeg is v7 while ubuntu 24.04 ships with v6. ffmpeg v7 includes additional security fixes that may require some tweaks to your ffmpeg options.

i had to add -extension_picky 0 -allowed_extensions ALL to fixup some streams that were not functioning

From what I can tell the default ffmpeg is still version 6. Does jellyfin ffmpeg install in an alternative location?
