- Latest Tauri v2.7.0 framework, along with all of its stability enhancements.
Relays that Vector has connected to will now be frequently, routinely tested for liveness by asking them to return a single instance of a `Kind::Metadata` event, a very lightweight form of liveness check that uses mildly more bandwidth; but ensures Vector's relays are constantly connected to the best of its ability.
Rather than suspending the WebView completely in the background - which may cause unintended side-effects, we'll throttle it, saving power, but without causing problems for the Vector renderer.
