SanityTests are reserved for tests using a lightweight bundle - suitable for on-the-fly integration testing in environments such as Brew.
We'll move extraneous tests to a more appropriate test class/file.
Also slightly adjust assertions for Junit device info to accommodate builder changes. In this case, the test fails on Xcode 14 since the default simulator version changes.
