  1. Initial commit for v2.0.0. 

    Move enums inside class scope.
Replace #defines for registers and bits with constexpr and move inside class scope.
Add enum for alarm number, ALARM_NBR_t.
Add methods to dump timekeeping registers, SRAM and EEPROM.
Remove definition of "RTC" object. User must define their own.
Change to fixed-width integer data types.
