Fixed all changes needed to compile on Qt5. Also compiled this version on Ubuntu so any problems related to Debian or Gnome should be fixed as well. It is possible that the file browser did not work the same on Gnome. What returned folder names on KDE returned an empty string on Gnome so I fixed that in this release.
