BitWave is a BitTorrent client written in C++, aim to be a cross-platform
BitTorrent client. Now just support Windows, plan on support Linux.

BitWave now only support core BitTorrent protocol, download and upload
algorithms are improving.

Build:
Build program using Visual Studio 2010.
