partial circular progress bar

This project was inspired by an stackoverflow question on partial circular progressBar with swiftUI. I decided to make it opensource for playing around with swiftUI progressBar and AngularGradient options.

Clone and start playing with progressBar options.

• Add AngularGradient
• Add Animation with Timer
• Add Dashed option for ProgressBar
• Add Arc Buttons in the middle
