The goal of this project was to determine the price of a house in King County (WA) using data mining techniques. Performed transformations and used visualizations to explore relationships in the data set. Created a linear regression model and random forest model to predict the price of homes. Evaluated the selected model using cross-validation. Used the model to predict the price of a house in King County (WA).
