This push contains my initial submission for SQL assignment 2 including the markdown, sql and diagram (png) files.
These changes include responses to all questions.
In some cases there were possible alternative approaches but the most sensible/practical options were chosen.
Some of the questions were challenging but with some experimentation and troubleshooting solutions were found.
