Hi,
I had some problems installing ORF-RATER due to some package conflicts.
I managed to solve this and since there is currently no requirements file, I thought I'd supply mine in case other people have problems with the installation too.
I verified ORF-RATER works with python 2.7 and the packages in the requirement file.
