The `bundler` gem is required to build the docker image and also the full path to the `aws_lambda_ric` binary is required to run it.

Building a new docker image by copy/pasting the contents of the example Dockerfile in the
README.mdfails because thebundlergem is required to build the docker image and also the full path to theaws_lambda_ricbinary is required torun it.
