This feature allows BinaryLane developers to use the CLI in conjuction with internal development branches.
The introduced environment variables are:
BL_API_URL: this will override the standard URL https://api.binarylane.com.auBL_API_DEVELOPMENT: if set to true, invalid TLS certificate onBL_API_URLwill be ignored
