What changes are you trying to make? (e.g. Adding or removing code, refactoring existing code, adding reports).
I created a new branch in the repository and a README.md file in it.
Within the file, I answered questions on some basic functionality of using git.
What did you learn from the changes you have made?
I learned about creating and switching branches in terminal. I also learned to create and edit file before staging the changes and making the push requests.
Was there another approach you were thinking about making? If so, what approach(es) were you thinking of?
Not now.
Were there any challenges? If so, what issue(s) did you face? How did you overcome it?
I had challenges in specifying and switching branches and understanding the relationships among the statuses of modification, staging and committing.
Repetition and practice helped me to becom familiar with the concepts and the procedures.
How were these changes tested?
I input command in my terminal and checked how things got updated on Github.
A reference to a related issue in your repository (if applicable)
