Hi, I'm Cesar! 👋

I'm a writer of historical fiction, a software engineer, and a collector of stories—both on the page and on the backs of postcards.

My work is informed by a global upbringing across five countries (Egypt, France, the US, Mexico and Canada), which has left me fluent in three languages with a conversational grasp of Arabic. Based in San Francisco, I split my time between building software and building worlds.
