What did you learn from the changes you have made?

Learned about how to create a function, use if/else, and some string methods.

Not really.

Were there any challenges? If so, what issue(s) did you face? How did you overcome it?

I was not sure if the upper cases were handle correctly because I noticed they were sorted first before lowercases.

How were these changes tested?

I checked with a few word examples.
