- Context The ultimate goal of the Choir Sift process is that LearnersA+B can validate that LearnerA has learned, tried, hacked the way MentorA does a SkillSet. A secondary goal is that EvaluatorA (an employer, university, etc) can easily verify and trust the validation.

- O1 Interviews yield lots of data Each Sift interview generated 1.5-2hrs of HD video, pages of handwritten notes, and a hand-drawn artifact from the Mentor. All artifacts must be available online for Sifters for an extended period of time.
- O2 Sifters have a lot to do Ideally, two Sifters will be able to coordinate/conduct an interview (including video, archiving) without assistance.
- O3 Data generation is continual Sifters often find/add data post-interview, which requires that the artifacts in O1 are online, findable, and easily editable.
