fix: reduce disk usage during DMG creation (~1.1GB saved)

- Remove redundant staging copy in make_dmg() (~300MB)
- Clean build workdir before DMG creation (~500MB)
- Clean extracted source app when only DMG output needed (~300MB)

Fixes "No space left on device" error on GitHub Actions runners.
