With 1.0 being released, this just removes the part of the
ghvs.hubdocumentation that says whatghdoesn't do. I chose to leave the document relatively vague as opposed to doing a feature by feature comparison that we'd have to maintain over time, though something approximating that was done by @mislav here: #312 (comment)The primary thing I wanted to make sure is that we don't inadvertently indicate that GHES support is not available when it is now.
