This pull request makes the following changes:

• Fixes issue code-collabo/node-mongo-cli#55

Details:

• Fixes folder overwrite when the new folder name is the same as that of a previously created folder.
• Separates prompt for folderName and template.
• Removes unused/unneeded code for git flag.
