We, the team Memoirable welcome you to our Online Diary. We have tried our best to make this product as intuitive as possible, so that, need of refering to a user manual, be less. But for a more clear understanding of the flow, we are documenting a step-by-step guide to create an entries in the diary and navigate them by date.

This diary now only supported on Google Chrome on desktop. Best viewed in 1024px by 768px screen.

When the link is opened in Chrome, a link Hi, here's your diary should be shown to the bottom of the page.

On clicking the link a prompt for authentication with Google drive should appear.

First time it may be required to allow open popup. A red icon will appear to the right of the address-bar of the browser. Click and allow to open popup.

Give permission with preferred Google account. Memoirable needs only permission for Application Folder. Details

After authentication, Memoirable should navigate to it's editor.

Start to write in the left pane. The changes made in the left pane will be visible automatically in the right pane. We have chosen Markdown for our writing medium. So, it's required to write with markdown syntax. It's very easy and quick to learn. For the syntax CommonMark specification page can be referred.

There is a delay of two seconds, after a change made to an entry, to save a document. And to save a document there should be at-least ten characters in an entry.

Current entry name should be visible on the header of the entry-list visible at bottom-left corner of the editor.

On clicking the pane, list of the entries saved for currently selected date should appear beneath the header.

It's possible to navigate to another date, on clicking the date button available to the left-top corner of the editor.

On clicking the date button, a calendar should appear, and it's possible to click on any date, to get the saved entries for a date.

By default, an empty entry should be opened for a user, if there is no entries saved for the selected date. Otherwise last modified entry should open upon selecting a date.

To create a new entry, the plus button to right-bottom corner of the editor should be clicked.
