A fully interactive compliance demo built for IronBlocks / MoneyNet, simulating how an AI-powered reasoning engine transforms the daily workflow of a compliance analyst or Chief Compliance Officer (CCO).
Modern compliance programmes are drowning in alert volume, manual research, and fragmented tooling. This demo shows a different model: a reasoning engine that ingests signals from multiple KYC/AML providers, resolves conflicts automatically, surfaces patterns humans can't see, and keeps an immutable audit trail — all without storing raw PII.
The demo walks through 18 pages covering every major compliance use case, from real-time transaction screening to SAR generation to examiner-ready audit packages.
| Page | What It Demonstrates |
|---|---|
| Home Dashboard | AI-ranked morning brief — top 3 cases pre-sorted by urgency, regulatory countdown timers |
| Provider Conflict | Resolving contradictions between Sumsub, Elliptic, ComplyAdvantage, and Bridger XG |
| Transaction Screening | Real-time structuring detection — €47k across 9 sub-threshold transactions in 4 hours |
| Periodic Re-screen | Director change triggers re-screen — CA weak hit with temporal alignment issue |
| Pattern Detection | Pre-SAR cluster match — 4 dismissed alerts over 11 months match a Q3 trajectory |
| SAR Generation | Pre-drafted SAR narrative ready for CCO sign-off and FinCEN filing |
| RFI Drafting | Auto-drafted information request with SLA countdown |
| What's Burning 🔥 | SLA breach tracker — overdue RFIs, stale cases, OFAC deadlines aging without action |
| KYC Remediation | 142 overdue reviews, risk-ranked (not calendar-ranked) — 8 critical vs. 134 unchanged |
| Reg Change Tracker | EU AI Act, MiCA Travel Rule, AMLA, UK Fraud — deadline countdowns with gap analysis |

| Audit Readiness | 94.2% programme effectiveness — examiner Q&A with instant, documented answers |
| Client Registry | All 8 monitored entities with risk badges, provider signals, open items, and case links |
| Entity Graph | SVG relationship map — entities, individuals, crypto wallets, ownership edges |
| Signal Stream | Live feed sorted by urgency — heat bars, tag badges, status filters |
| Escalation Queue | 3 CCO-level items with full reasoning context pre-attached |
| Institutional Memory | 4,821 past decisions + 47 active patterns powering the reasoning engine |
| Audit Log | Immutable, timestamped session trail — every navigation, query, and action |
