I've updated the v2 examples so they should work with both the latest v2 sdk and the latest sdk, resolving the error from DEVDOCS-3091
To summarize: I updated the requirements.txt file to include the same requirements as the v3 example and updated the files that were causing ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'docusign_esign.rest' to import docusign_esign instead.
