Numerous indent fixes, and a couple syntax tweaks

Mostly another utility release.

* Indentation has seen many more refinements, including
	* Improved performance
	* Improved JSX accuracy
* Improvements to decorators
* More granular matching for braces and parenthesis
* Various other small tweaks
