Expanding rosetta.py easyblock to copy documentation and demos subfolders (the latter one includes Rosetta tutorials and their input files) from the extracted sources to the installation directory. Adding the "copy symlinks" flag was needed as the tarballs of some versions contain a few dead symlinks which otherwise cause crashes.
