@wpoely86: Thanks for the review. easybuilders/easybuild-easyconfigs#607 needs to be looked at as well, and since I'm expecting some comments there, I'll hold this one off for EB v1.11 until all wrinkles are ironed out.

I have tried this in centos6 using goolf-1.4.10 and I am getting this error:

maybe this should be added as os dependency?

@pescobar the error when rpmbuild is missing is a lot clearer now (cfr. Rpm generic easyblock)

tested with easyconfigs in easybuilders/easybuild-easyconfigs#607, good to go
