Versions higher than 6 do not provide 32 bit libraries

Tested with CUDA 6.x easyconfig in easybuilders/easybuild-easyconfigs#1087, and also with all existing CUDA easyconfigs (see easybuilders/easybuild-easyconfigs#1087 (comment)).
