A few updates for MAFFT:

  • MAFFT-7.453-GCC-9.3.0-with-extensions.eb switched to bundle to also install the optional extension for RNA structural alignment
  • added MAFFT-7.453-gompi-2020a-with-extensions.eb including support for MPI
  • update of previous two easyconfigs to recent release v7.470

@lexming what's the advantage of having a separate version with and without MPI support?

@smoors A positive point is that users not interested in the MPI features are not constrained to gompi.
