Something seems to be wrong with the source link. EB looks at

https://iweb.dl.sourceforge.net/project/sumo/sumo/version%201.3.1/sumo-src-1.3.1.tar.gz

If I try to wget from there, I also get nothing.

Any chance you could check the link @ekieffer , is it as you intended?

Lol, sorry about that. I got distracted by other things again. Anyway, I see that you already did a test and did not hit the sources issue, so I assume that was a hickup in my first test.

Note: the gtest dependency in the Sumo easyconfig was renamed to googletest as a part of #11082 (which is an effort to avoid using both the gtest and googletest names for the same thing).
