Addresses 2 issues:

  1. OpenSSL changes: HADOOP-14597.04.patch (this should be in version 2.10.1)
  2. RPC is not anymore in glibc (see for example: add libtirpc as a build dep for HDF to fix installation on RHEL8 #11279)

MUST recompile libtirpc for install this! (see: #11355)
