Adding miceadds, visdat, UpSetR, naniar, stringdist and image.binarization to:

  • R-4.0.3-foss-2020b.eb
  • R-4.0.3-fosscuda-2020b.eb
  • R-4.0.4-foss-2020b.eb
  • R-4.0.4-fosscuda-2020b.eb

Additionally, this PR adds to R-4.0.4-fosscuda-2020b.eb the extensions DEoptim, optextras, setRNG, Rvmmin, Rcgmin, optimr and DMCfun, which are already included in R-4.0.4-foss-2020b.eb
