Hi all,
I know this was a few years ago. I am new to the field and could use some help on the same issue I am having from your thread above. I am using TF version 2.12.0 and bazel 0.23.1. I am using TF to train a model for my voice recognition research. I am still running into the icu issue you all patched in 1.13.1. It is shown in the screenshot below. Any help is greatly appreciated!
