@zarybnicky you still need to remove the boto3 easyconfig using foss from the PR - if you're using --update-pr, you can do that by prefixing the filename with a colon (https://docs.easybuild.io/en/latest/Integration_with_GitHub.html#deleting-easyconfig-files-or-patches)
