Since CUTLASS is really a include-file only package CUTLASS_NVCC_ARCHS would only be relevant for the test phase of it.
And at least 2.11 does pick up all the CUDA archs that that version officially supports so there is no big problem here.
But yes, I did forget to do that. Will fix...
