First step to resolve issue #11504

I'm introducing these new packages, almost-kind-of-similar to what CC uses, but I opted to use the version string from the SDK (Which updates more frequently) and made wrapper packages for it since similar to Java, that's how they display themselves.

Next step, probably for 5.0.x, is to clean up the old easyconfigs, keeping only these.
