I have added Python and Mercurial easyconfigs. @boegel Now these toolchains have reasonable amount of software building with them, so I have reasonable confidence that they actually work correctly. |

@gribozavr: Only minor comments, very nice job! Please refrain from adding more easyconfigs for Clang toolchains in this PR, let's get this merged first (it's getting quite big to review). |
