This patch was removed in #23231, but is still used in several
tensorboardeasyconfigs (liketensorboard-2.15.1-gfbf-2023b.eb) inpostinstallpatches.CI didn't trip over this in #23231, because we're not taking into account
postinstallpatches(I'll open a separate PR to fix that, to verify that the fix for the easyconfigs test suite is done correctly, it should fail when the patch isn't restored yet)
