With this EasyConfig, one will see this message on most invocations of asv:

Couldn't load asv.plugins._mamba_helpers because
No module named 'libmambapy'

This is not an issue in itself. This plugin will not be available, but I don't think pulling in mamba just for a single (optional) plugin is really worth it...
