Can't run the test suite for LAPACK++ yet, because it needs lapacke, and I can't figure out what the situation is with that liblapacke.so we package in FlexiBLAS.
LAPACK++ is failing to find a working linking to it in the configure step.
Either

lapacke_pstrf.cc:(.text.startup+0xd8): undefined reference to `LAPACKE_dpstrf'

or

/apps/Test/software/binutils/2.44-GCCcore-14.3.0/bin/ld: /apps/Test/software/FlexiBLAS/3.4.5-GCC-14.3.0/lib64/liblapacke.so: undefined reference to `zhpsv_64_'

So, i'm not sure what the plan is here w.r.t. lapacke.

Edit: lapacke in latest flexiblas easyconfig is just broken due to surprise ILP64. This PR resolves it:
