I tested this setup quite a bit. Quarto works just fine and has Arm support for quite a while. The environment patch is very useful. It means the default terminal environment is the same as the environment RStudio was started in. It also means that any additional R/Python modules loaded before starting the server are also available in the RStudio environment (think Bioconductor, SciPy-bundle,...). |
