The unit test checking whether binutils needs to be a dependency if the toolchain is GCCcore also requires binutils to be present for to BinariesTarball easyblock. Even though this does not have a build step and derives from the Tarball easyblock.
Add BinariesTarball to the list of easyblocks without a build step in this test.
