just avoid hardwiring the version here and above, to make it ready for fat easyconfigs merging...

In EasyBuild v1.0.1, we were not following the correct naming scheme yet... The easyconfigs version should have been 1.0.1.0, not 1.0.0.1, so I need to hardwire the easyconfigs version here... I'll update it for framework/easyblocks though.
