We can't include
HarfBuzzas a dependency tofreetype, sinceHarfBuzzitself depends onfreetype, see also Homebrew/legacy-homebrew#27847.Since HarfBuzz is not a dependency to freetype, it should be configured accordingly to avoid problems, cfr. #4596.
