I'm not sure both an intel/2018a flavour and a GCCcore/6.4.0 one is needed, so I can remove the intel one if that's thought to be better practice.

@SimonPinches For performance-critical stuff, it makes more sense to only use a "full" toolchain like intel. Using the common base toolchain GCCcore makes sense for stuff that isn't performance-critical (e.g. CMake), so we can use a single easyconfig file to resolve dependencies for installations with both foss and intel (among others).
