depends on easybuilders/easybuild-easyblocks#359 for correctly picking up the OpenSSL dependency

As a sidenote PIP >= 1.3 should be used to have SSL certificate validation!

@pforai: well, you can always provide a dedicated easyconfig for pip. EasyBuild internally doesn't use pip to install Python packages, so it matters little in that respect?
